Primary Role:
GoECart is looking for an experienced and dynamic marketing guru to lead our Search Engine Marketing department.
Interactive Marketing / Search Engine Marketing Agency experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and execute the marketing plans for various online marketing programs, which will include client engagements and interactions.
- Lead and motivate internal offshore project teams to achieve their given objectives and goals, while managing them every step of the way.
- Willing to take ownership of projects and be accountable to the ultimate success of each project / campaign.
- Evaluate effectiveness of all online marketing programs, draw conclusions and develop recommendations based on results in a timely basis.
- Manage all project budgets and remain accountable to them.
- Create & implement marketing campaigns, collateral, and related communications.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales objectives and strategies. Provide tools (collateral, events, branding) necessary for business development to communicate effectively with prospects and existing clients.
- Work as a member of the management team to provide insights and suggestions about organizational strategies based on personal experience, industry best practices, and creative thinking.
- Research and write sell sheets, case studies, web content, and brochures in a short time frame based on markets/industries, technology literature, competitive information, and other resources.
- Hire and train staff as necessary.
Qualifications
Prior Experience
- 5+ years work experience in internet environment with a minimum of 4 years SEO/SEM responsibilities.
- Experience in managing significant budgets on top tier search engines (Overture, Google, MSN, Yahoo)
- Experience with paid search bid optimization and Web Analytics tools like NetTracker, WebTrends, etc.
Knowledge
- Is a strong strategist/tactician. Has current knowledge of latest industry trends with major search engines and media outlets.
- Highly knowledgeable about natural/organic search engine optimization tactics and how web metrics are tracked (http headers, redirect, tracking pixels, etc.)
- Quantitative skills including the ability to monitor budgets understand return on investment and select relative data for analyzing future action.
Education

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
