Reports To: Director of Inside Sales
Based At: Bridgeport, Connecticut Office
Primary Role:
Making outbound telephone calls, e-mails and web presentations, in order to
nurture and close sales leads, and in the process, meet or exceed sales
quotas
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and track a high volume of telephone and e-mail prospects
- Nurture prospects from interest to close as quickly as possible

Educate customers about the GoECart product and services

Qualify prospects
- Achieve sales quotas
- Follow sales process and update customer relationship management (CRM) system to track sales progress
- Keep current on products and services offered and industry trends
- Work well with others in company
- Provide pipeline and forecasting information to management
Qualifications
Prior Experience
- Three-plus years experience selling software as a service (SaaS) solutions or software over the telephone
- Consistently met or exceeded sales quotas
- Worked in a start-up environment
- Prior CRM systems experience

- Knows how to sell software over the telephone
