New Message Center Simplifies Customer Service
Now available in GoECart 5.1, Message Center provides online store owners
with a Hotmail®- like email client right from their Administration Panel.
With Message Center, store owners no longer need to depend on a yet another
email account to access and reply to customer queries from the GoECart online
store. Customers comments asked through the store’s contact form as well as
product reviews and other information are all delivered right to the Message
Center Inbox. The store administrator has the option to read or reply to
customer queries individually or send a bulk communications from the utility.
All customer information is managed via Message Center's intuitive address
book feature.

Holiday Sales Up by Almost a Quarter
This year’s holiday shopping season is in full swing and Santa
seems to have extended his infamous good cheer to the e-retailing
world. Sales for the week ending Nov 13, 2005 saw a 28 percent
increase compared to same time span of 2004. Total turnover from
online sales increased in this holiday season to $9.75 billion – a
growth of around 24% - with the highest growth in Sport & Fitness;
Furniture, Appliances & Equipment; Apparel & Accessories; Home & Garden;
Games, Consoles & Accessories categories.
