Can I have a customized store?
Yes. GoECart’s Small Business Ecommerce Solutions allow you to completely customize all aspects of your online store. Our intuitive Administration Panel and integrated WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) point-and-click web authoring tools makes it easy for you customize your store’s layout scheme, color scheme, navigation, payment and shipping rules and much more.

Will GoECart work with my current web site?
Yes. The GoECart-powered online storefront can be customized to reflect the look and feel of any website. GoECart can also serve as an extension of your existing site. You'll notice that GoECart can blend perfectly with any web site (including sites that use Adobe® Flash® animation and similar technologies).

I plan to sell thousands of products; will I have to add each product individually?
No. GoECart’s bulk product import functionality will allow you to add your entire product line as well as your entire customer database to the online store with a few clicks. We also have design and content professionals on staff that can assist you further with site design, scanning and placing pictures of your inventory, creating a unique logo for your store, and more.

Can I use my own domain name?
Yes! You may have your own domain name for your online store. GoECart will even provide you with free business class email accounts to go with your unique domain name.

How do I process credit cards?
You can choose to process your orders using an existing merchant terminal or take advantage of GoECart unique one-click online credit card processing technology. To take advantage of the latter, you must establish a merchant account with a payment gateway. If you have a merchant account, you can choose to allow orders to be authorized at the time they are placed.

Do I need to have a Merchant Account to sign up for GoECart?
In order for you to be able to process credit cards online, you need a merchant account. Through our Thriving Partner Ecosystem, GoECart has relationships with some of the best credit card processors in the industry. Please contact us for details.

How am I informed of a new order?
If a new order is placed on your storefront then you will receive an order confirmation email for that order. You can also check the status of orders at any time using the Administration Panel.

Is there a limit to the number of products I can sell with GoECart?
No. GoECart is one of the few ecommerce solutions that will absolutely not limit to your store size. GoECart is built on Microsoft® SQL Server® Enterprise database and is fully capable of handling high traffic sites as well as accommodating hundreds or even tens of thousands of products.

This includes twice the per mail-box storage (100MB), improved SPAM filtering, stronger virus protection, and higher email reliability and stability. Our email solution partner was voted Microsoft Hosting Provider of the Year in 2007, 2005, and 2003, and services over 1 million email boxes and claims 99.9% uptime! Generous email features include WebMail (web-based email access), aliases, auto responders and forwarders. There is also a catch-all option under which you can collect all the emails of your multiple email accounts. What’s more our new Message Center capability allows you to collect and respond to customer inquires submitted via the website from right inside the Administration Panel.

What is Address Verification System (AVS) in PayFuse Payment Gateway?
The Address Verification System (AVS) is an advanced level of credit card security that is used to help guard against credit card fraud. When a card is sent to the bank for processing, the "house number" and "postal code" portion of the address entered with the order must match that of the cardholder on file. If the address does not match then the transaction is declined and sent back to merchant. This is another way to ensure that the owner of the card is in fact the one using it.
