This module is designed to generate reports on various
features
Data
Import and Export
This feature can be used to create CSV files for
Data Export. The Export Files can be created on
the basis of
- Customer
- Product
- Invoice – Including the ‘Order Item List’
option is used to include the order list
It can also be further customized
on the basis of order status levels such as Pending,
In Progress, To Ship, Partially Shipped, Complete
and Cancelled. In other words, Data can be exported
by filtering the data based on any combination
of order status levels.

Import Section:

The import section is used for
importing Products as well as Customers to the
system. The Download Product template and customer
template links is used for downloading the template
for importing the data. Clicking on the "Legend"
link will download a word document containing
the legend for the heading in the respective template.
Note: Products cannot be imported
unless an SKU is specified for each product.

Sales
Report
This feature allows you to generate a Sales Report
based on the Time Period and the Categories for
which the Sales Report needs to be generated.
The administrator will also have the choice of
selecting the number of records displayed per
page.

The report is generated in terms of details like:
- Items Sold – The quantity in numbers sold
for that product.
- Orders – Number of Orders for that Product.
- Revenue – Total Revenue generated from those
orders.
- Product Name – This specifies the name of
the product.
- SKU – The Stock Keeping Units that describe
each product on the store.
- Price – The price per SKU for that particular
product.
The Product Link and the Orders Link give the
Order details for that particular product sold during
the searched Sales Period in the Search Orders page.
Order Information can be viewed by clicking the
Link Provided under the “Order#” column.
This page provides Order Details and a “Search for
all Products” checkbox to switch within Orders Search
Options
- Check the “Search for all Products” checkbox
if you want to search within all the Products
- Uncheck “Search for all Products” checkbox
if you want to search within the searched results.
(Default)
To sort the Order details - click the headings
in the Result Table
E.g. For Sorting the Sales Report search result
based on the “Product Name” click the “Product Name”
label in the result table
Export to Excel – This feature
allows you to generate the same report in the
excel spreadsheet format.

Store
Activity Report
The Store Activity Report can be generated on
a Monthly, Weekly or Daily Basis. It provides
details with respect to the Number of Customers,
Repeat Customers (Number of Customers who placed
repeat Orders), Total Orders, Revenue Generated,
Items Sold and Average Order for the Time Zone
for which the report needs to be generated. The
administrator also has the choice of selecting
the number of records displayed per page.

You can Sort the Order details
from the displayed results by clicking the heading
of the results table.
E.g. For Sorting the Store Activity Report
search results based on the Customers, click the
“Customers” label in the result table.
The Link under the Period (Date column for Weekly
Report, Month column for Monthly Report, Week
Ending column for Weekly Report) and the Link
under the Total Orders gives the Order details
in the Search
Orders page for the clicked Period Range.
Order Information can be viewed by clicking the
Link Provided under the “Order#” column.
Export to Excel – This feature
allows you to generate the same report in the
excel sheet format.

Inventory
Report
The Inventory Report displays the item details
for all the items available in the inventory.
The item details such as Item Name, SKU, Item
Price, the Number of items in Stock and Stock
value will be displayed. The administrator can
use the search facility to search the inventory
based on SKU and Product Name. They can enter
the Stock quantity and update the same through
this module. Also, the administrator can select
the number of items displayed in a page.

Shipping
& Tax Report
The Shipping and Tax report will display the Shipping
charges and the Tax that needs to be paid. The
Order details such as Order Number, Order Date,
Customer Name, Shipping Address, Total will be
displayed along with the Shipping Charge and the
Tax. The administrator has the option of selecting
the number of Records per page. The Search option
can be used to search for a particular order.

Repeat
Customers Report
The Repeat Customers Report shall be used for
generating a report of Customers that have placed
repeat Orders. The report will display the Customer
Name, the Order Number and the Order Date within
the brackets for reference. The Order Number link
can be used for viewing the details of the selected
Order.

Affiliate
Referral Report
The Affiliate Referral Report can be used to view
all the Referrer details. The administrator can
create some affiliate codes and send the relevant
URLs to the affiliate sites. If anyone places
an Order after coming entering the site through
on of the affiliate links, the Affiliate Code
details will be updated and the administrator
can view the details as a report.

Searched
Terms Report
The Searched Terms Report can be used to view
all the search keywords used by the customers
to search for a product through the storefront.
The options are provided for searching the terms
between certain dates. The administrator can also
view the top ten search keywords used based on
the number of times a particular keyword is used.
