MachroTech is looking to aggressive capture market share for its award-winning hosted On-Demand eCommerce Solution - GoECart. GoECart is profitable and growing consistently year after year since it’s inception in late 1999.
 
GoECart provides the opportunity to work on Cutting Edge Technologies and Multiple Business Verticals.
 
As a Web Applications Developer, you will contribute to the development and deployment of GoECart system (present and future versions) by personally implementing complex, specialized or highly technical components of the system. Typically this would require 3+ years of experience analyzing, designing and developing web applications. Our ideal candidate will participate in the implementation of solutions that employ leading edge technologies such as Visual Interdev, .NET, ASP, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server 2000, XML, SOAP Compliant Web Services and IIS in a Windows environment; and by evaluating and selecting new technologies that are related to both the front-end and back-end of e-commerce solutions. You must be confident with application development and execution environment as well as familiar with a structured development methodology and process. You will assist team members via problem solving and trouble shooting complex software engineering problems. You must be able to independently interpret business requirements and then design and develop scalable database driven software applications to quickly meet our clients’ business objectives.
 
The ability to set and achieve goals in a complex and fast-moving environment, great interpersonal skills and a high energy level are a must.

Qualifications

Prior Experience
  • 4+ years of hardcore experience in design, development and programming on Microsoft Windows Platform.
  • Prior experience with eCommerce/Supply Chain Solutions a Plus
Skills
  • Excellent Understanding and Experience in design, development and implementation of 3-tier web-based solutions that employ leading edge Microsoft technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skills.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills required. Highly refined software engineering process facilitation skills with areas of business/functional specialization.
Knowledge
  • Excellent Fundamentals, Thorough and Hands On understanding of
    • .NET Framework
    • Hands on experience with ASP, ASP.net, VB.net, C#, COM, COM+
    • MS SQL Server 2000 (T-SQL)
    • XML Web Services and Related Standards
    • Object Oriented Programming
    • Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) a Plus
Attitudes
  • Ability to GET IT DONE
Education
  • BS / MS / MBA (preferably in Computer Science / Systems)
