Manish Chowdhary, the founder and CEO of GoECart — the world’s first all-in-one ecommerce suite for small and mid-size internet retailers, has been selected to serve as a speaker at the popular 2012 Business Showcase. This is the largest collaborative business-to-business (B2B) trade show in the Connecticut region. He will be on the panel entitled “20 Questions with Great Entrepreneurs.”
Under Chowdhary, GoECart became a leader in the ecommerce revolution, with innovative solutions that enable online retailers to Sell more™ products and services more effectively over any sales channel. GoECart’s mission is to empower merchants with cutting-edge ecommerce technology that allows them to win in today’s highly competitive online markets.
A true Connecticut business leader, he started his business out of his dorm room while getting his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Bridgeport. Chowdhary considers himself a lifelong student and has a true passion for entrepreneurship. At the event, he will cover topics such as Execution – how to grow and scale a business; Product Development – how to go about building and launching successful products and services; and Strategy — how to put together a successful e-commerce and e-business strategy.
Now in its 18th year, the Showcase is produced by eight Chambers of Commerce serving 14 communities in the area. It gives attendees the unique opportunity to meet the area’s key decision makers, buyers and business leaders. This all day event will be held on Thursday, September 20 at the Webster Bank Arena at Harbor Yard on 600 Main Street in Bridgeport, near GoECart’s Bridgeport offices.
