We are very happy to announce that GoECart has received another coveted industry award! This time, it’s ‘Silver’ Award for Company of the Year in this year’s 12th Annual American Business Awards competition. We received this distinguished honor in the category for ‘Computer Software Company with Less Than 250 Employees. Exciting stuff!
“When you think about what other companies in the software industry have achieved over the past year, this really is quite a remarkable honor GoECart,” said Manish Chowdhary, GoECart’s CEO. “This speaks volumes about the ongoing evolution of our commerce suite and our ability as a company to consistently re-invent and innovate year over year to keep our clients at the forefront of online retail.”
Last year, we won the Bronze Company of the Year Award, so this year’s Silver Award is another affirmation that we are on the right track with our strategy for GoECart 360—to give retailers a single, cost effective solution for running their entire online business.
GoECart won this latest award due largely in part to some great new features enhancements that were added to GoECart 360 in 2014. These include end-to-end integration with leading online marketplaces. In addition to our Amazon® integration, merchants now enjoy seamless integration with eBay®, Sears®, Rakuten®, Buy.com®, and others. This year we also added some cool new omni-channel commerce features like a store locator, buy-online-pickup-in-store, ship from store, store inventory visibility, and associate ordering. Google Trusted Store and Google Dynamic Remarketing integration are now fully supported, international shipments can be made using the popular Bongo and GlobalShopex service, and we offer robust multi-storefront support. Probably the best news of all for our brick and mortal retailers is that we added a next generation web-based point of sale (POS) in-store selling capability. Further, a new advanced multi-destination order capability targets corporate shoppers and gifting sites, enabling customers to place online orders for items and have them delivered to their entire address book using a one-page checkout.
Hailed as the world's premier business awards, the ABAs were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. The Company of the Year Award has become one of the industry’s most coveted prizes. The American Business Awards are open to all organizations operating in the U.S.A., and feature a wide variety of categories to recognize achievement in every facet of the workplace.
“We’re delighted to recognize so many innovative companies, new products, technical achievements, and technology executives this year,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “We congratulate all of the Stevie Award winners, and thank them for the inspiration their achievements have stimulated.”
